Grey Box
(Eucalyptus bosistoana / Eucalyptus moluccana)
Occurring in Eastern Victoria and the southern and central coast of NSW, Euc. bosistoana is a very hard, durable timber that is generally pale brown but may also exhibit a 'pink' tinge.
Euc. moluccana is similar in appearance, hardness and durability to Euc. bosistoana, but grows mainly from Central NSW coast to southern Queensland.
Both species share the same common name.
